Teach us to pray…
One of the greatest requests made of Jesus from those who followed Him was when they came to Him and asked Him to teach them to pray.
I think as a believer this is one of the things that the enemy wars against the most in the life of a believer because if he can keep us from praying he can keep us from maturing.
Oh Lord, ‘teach us to pray’ as we work through this devotional book. As we read about the promises of prayer, and discover the potential of prayer, may You stretch our faith and stir our hearts to believe for greater things.
